The Cleveland Wine Festival in Cleveland, Ohio June 27th and
28th next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is sure to be great. They
will have more than 220 wines from around the world and plenty of
wonderful Ohio wines as well. A portion of this festival also goes to
The Bright Side of The Road Foundation to help find a cure for Lou
Gehrig’s Disease
Hersey Gardens A Day of Wine and Roses in Hershey, PA has got to be a
great wine festival with the chocolate capital of the United States
being there. The dates are June 7th and the 8th. They will be feturing
great Pennsilvania wines and have cheese and bread plates available for
purchase with your wine tasting.
Killington Wine
Festival in Killington,
CT shows that there is more then just Winter and skiing in this town.
The dates are July 14th- 16th and they will wine seminars, wine bars,
and even a champagne brunch…what more could you ask for?
When thinking of great wines I definitely think of Virginia and
the Virginia Wine Festival is one
event you should not miss. The festival is September 27th-28th in
Manassas, Virginia at the County Fairgrounds. This is not very far from
DC so you can go to the wine festival and then enjoy the beauty of DC
afterwards. They will have wine seminars, arts and crafts, and great
music.
WineQuest in Orlando, Florida is June
6th-14th and is in its 12th year. This wine and food event will have
you exploring some of the best resorts in Orlando learning about wines
and eating delicious foods. This event helps local individuals with
developmental disabilities throughout the year.
The 4th Annual “Hot Jazzy Nightz” Smooth Jazz and Wine Festival is July 25th and 26th in
Richland, WA. Great Jazz musicians will play under the stars with wine
pairings from around the world. Did I mention great eats?
Casa Larga’s Purple Foot Festival in Fairport, NY will have you stomping for more. They will have
vineyard hayrides, wine tasting, live music, seminars, and grape
stomping. This event is surly one to get all your stress out by
stomping grapes and the relaxing with a glass of wine.
The Lake Michigan Shore Wine Festival at Weko Beach in Bridgman,
Michigan is June 21st from 1pm-10pm. They will have all of the
Southwest Michigan wineries there with wine tasting, music and food.
The best part is admission is only five dollars.
